The large banks have been saved and TARP money is being repaid, but when will financing for deals return?  Does deleveraging dictate that there will little-to-no financing available?  Recently, as buyout firms search for the “L” in LBO, there have been positive signs in the credit markets.  If the wave of 2010 deals, about which everyone is talking, comes to crest, the return of credit markets will be critical.
